3D Models can be added as cartography elements to the map easily:
- Click on the New+ button to and select the 3D Model Option
- Give the 3D Model a name, Escalator is used as an example
- Paste the URL of the glb file containing the model
- Select the floor in which you wish the 3D element to be situated
Edit 3D Models #
Certain aspects of the 3D Models can be adjusted within the Situm Editor, by clicking on the Visual menu you will be able to adjust the following features:
- Scale: Adjust the size of the 3D Model in relation to the map
- Height: Adjust the vertical position of the 3D Model in relation to the map
- Orientation: Adjust the rotation and angle of the 3D Model in various ways
3D Model Catalogue #
A variety of 3D Models can be found and used within the Situm Editor, to select any given model just paste the following URLs in the URL tab of the Content menu.
