The Smart Building Relationship Management project, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU and supported by red.es and the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Service within the Transformation and Resilience Plan, is already showing its first results.
During the first months, progress has been piloted with different clients from sectors as diverse as events or industry in different modules:
Positioning and Guidance
Advances are being piloted by integrating geolocation improvements for smartphones and guidance for their visitors.
- Increased accessibility of the guidance engine.
- Increased ease of integration into new and existing apps.
- Increased modularity of the artificial intelligence engine to incorporate new sensors.
- Reduced time and effort required to implement and maintain the geolocation system.
Cartography management
Pilot advances in managing maps in different cartographic formats and providing them to users through web and mobile viewers.
- Increased support for mapping standards
- Internationalization of POIs and other entities
- GeoJSON viewer for desktop and mobile web (public) and native mobile web
- GeoJSON adaptation of Situm cartography
- Plug & play static guidance module for web (desktop and mobile)
- Tiles support in mobile viewer
Communication and user management
Advances are piloted allowing to easily configure the information of the venue and displaying it in a friendly way to the users depending on several parameters.
- Ability to manage the jobs required in any intelligent building.
- Create new communication channels
- Standardization of user management system, permissions and roles.
Low-Code Analytics
Exploit operational KPIs based on geolocation thanks to low-code tools.
- Improved ingest, storage and exploitation of analytical data for use in low-code tools.
- Integration of homogeneous data
- Use of PowerBi as a No-Code analytical tool
- New customized reports for strategic sectors
Infrastructure
Continuously monitor the network infrastructure associated with this capability.
- Real-time processing and visualization of network infrastructure status
- Prediction of future infrastructure status
- Extending the current system to incorporate data from other devices
- Scalability and security
Thus, the evolution during the first sentence of this ambitious project that aims to develop a world leading product in the Smart Buildings sector is proving to be very positive.
