Uniminuto, one of Colombia´s leading educational institutions, has more than 130,000 students, 60,000 of them in its eight university campuses located in 35 cities. Each year, more than 10,000 new students join the university, and its facilities receive thousands of student’s families, visiting professors, exchange students and other visitors who don’t know the location of the different spaces.
To facilitate the transit of all these visitors through the exterior and interior spaces of its centers, Uniminuto began almost a year ago the search for a provider of real-time positioning technology for the development of its wayfinding solutions, which has culminated with the choice of Situm for its precision and easy and fast installation.
