Following the successful integration of indoor/outdoor navigation in its app, Oasis Hotels & Resorts completes its guest wayfinding service by incorporating interactive maps in kiosks throughout the resort.
The relationship between Oasis Hotels & Resorts and Situm began 4 years ago with the integration of the real time outdoor and indoor navigation solution into its app. This measure significantly improved the guest experience during their stay, especially in the early days, by making it easier to navigate the impressive facilities of this iconic Cancun hotel: more than 150,000 m² in area, including hotel facilities, pools, beaches, sports areas, convention spaces, and dozens of restaurants.
The kiosks, where interactive maps have been integrated using Situm SWIM, are located at strategic points throughout the resort. They will allow guests to view and navigate the complex map, quickly find points of interest such as restaurants, spas, pools, and other facilities, and get step-by-step directions to reach their desired destination.
