Carrefour Alcobendas and Carrefour San Fernando de Henares finish the pilots with Situm. The indoor positioning technology allows the configuration of personalized offers and the analysis of visitors flows, among other uses.
In 2017 Situm was awarded best “in-stores” startup in the competition organised by the Carrefour Group during the Viva Tech celebration in Paris.
The improvement of customers experience through the location of specific products and the configuration of personalized offers and promotions according to the spaces they transit; the availability of useful data about customers trajectories or public density in different areas; and the increase of security in facilities through realtime workforce management are some of the reasons why Situm IPS platform is being used in department stores, supermarkets and shopping centers of the retail vertical.
