The Economy section of the Spanish newspaper ABC publishes a report on Situm, highlighting its indoor navigation solution for airports.

“(…) we decided to use smartphone robot technology to guide us to our destination indoors, just like Google Maps does outdoors”. These are some of the statements made by Situm’s founders that the journalist Laura Montero Carretero includes in her report. From the company’s beginnings as a spin-off of the University of Santiago de Compostela, the text reviews its trajectory up to the present day, “an example of transfer that today employs 45 people and has a turnover of several million euros”.
In addition, the report mentions several use cases for this indoor navigation solution, in particular, Aena and airport guidance.
