SBRM is a highly ambitious Situm project aimed at developing an Artificial Intelligence platform that redefines how building and infrastructure managers, as well as their services, visitors, and staff, operate, interact, work, and enjoy Smart Buildings. It is a completely new and disruptive concept designed to make these technologies accessible to buildings worldwide by standardizing the use of geolocation and other digital building-management technologies, while reducing deployment time and cost.
